The Del Ray Montessori School is a non-profit Montessori School located in the quaint Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria, Virginia, we are associated and recognized by AMI/USA (Association Montessori International). Founded in 2011, we serve children ages 18 months through age 12 and their families in the DC metropolitan area.
These values are integral to the work of Dr. Montessori, therefore they are to DRMS as well. Today, we guide the children's development so they can be all they want to be tomorrow. As parents and educators, we all aspire to leave a better world for our children.
In today's world, we cannot accept leaving anyone on the sidelines. We are in it together, and together we'll make Maria Montessori's vision of the world a reality for generations to come.
