The Del Ray Montessori School is a non-profit Montessori School located in the quaint Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria, Virginia, we are associated and recognized by AMI/USA (Association Montessori International). Founded in 2011, we serve children ages 18 months through age 12 and their families in the DC metropolitan area.
Why I serve on the Board:
“I volunteer on the DRMS Board to support the community, both within the school and the broader Alexandria community. I believe in the school's mission and approach that encourages and fosters values and strong character in its students.”
George is a government contracts attorney in Washington DC, where he has worked for over 8 years, with a focus on civil and criminal litigation, small business compliance, and cost accounting.
He earned his B.A. in Economics from Swarthmore College in Pennsylvania, and worked as a Certified Public Accountant until attending The George Washington University School of Law.
George currently lives with wife, son, and two dogs in Alexandria.
