The Del Ray Montessori School is a non-profit Montessori School located in the quaint Del Ray neighborhood of Alexandria, Virginia, we are associated and recognized by AMI/USA (Association Montessori International). Founded in 2011, we serve children ages 18 months through age 12 and their families in the DC metropolitan area.
Office Manager
Skye is an accomplished professional with a master's in early childhood education from George Mason University. She brings three years of expertise to the education industry as an adept office manager. Before
her transition to education, she demonstrated five years of effective general management in the hospitality sector, graduating with a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management from Penn State.
Known for exceptional organizational skills and creative
problem-solving, Skye fosters a positive work environment, contributing significantly to her educational setting and the growth of those around her. Her unique blend of education, management experience, and vibrant personal interests makes her an invaluable asset in her role.
Beyond her career, Skye enjoys handcraft activities like LEGO and art projects, along with outdoor activities. She also cherishes her two cats, adding warmth to her life outside of work.
